The West Room was created to be a space that feels welcoming, calm and thoughtfully cared for — an extension of my home, shared with each of you.
Because of this, I kindly ask that we all work together to leave the studio as we found it. When even one session ends without being fully reset, it can quickly compound throughout the day and impact the experience for those who follow.
Out of respect for one another, and for the space itself, please take a few minutes at the end of your rental to tidy, reset furniture and props and ensure the studio is ready to warmly welcome the next photographer.

vacuum or sweep after every rental, mop if necessary.
Put all furniture, plants & props back to their original location.
If necessary, strip the bed
linens & remake the bed.
If necessary, trim the
seamless paper.

Send me an exit video or photos showing the whole studio.

1. Encourage clients to leave their dirty shoes at the door! Ask them to bring a clean pair, or be prepared to throughly clean up after your rental.
2. No smoking, vaping or alcohol.
3. No events without prior consent. Additional fees may apply for events.
4. Don't adjust the thermostat. If it's not comfortable, please let me know!
5. Don't put food or drinks on the windowsills.
6. Absolutely no glitter is allowed.
7. No open flame candles.
8. Don't affix anything to the walls.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
We have a gracious 24-hour cancellation policy. You are welcome to modify, reschedule or cancel your reservation up until 24-hours prior to the start of your reservation.
Any cancellations made within 24-hours of the start of your reservation will be fully charged.
You will receive a reminder email and text 48-hours and
24-hours prior to your rental.

Tour Our Space
The West Room is located on our home property, designed with intention and care in every detail. To preserve the integrity of the space and the experience it offers, all photographers are required
to attend an in-person tour prior to booking.
Tours are thoughtfully offered in small group settings. This allows for a personal introduction to the studio, a walkthrough of the space and a shared understanding of the level of care it requires.
To ensure a seamless experience, I encourage you to plan ahead, as studio access is made available only after a completed tour and signed rental agreement.
